The Rustic Rose Barn in Roland, Iowa offers a truly unforgettable setting for your wedding day, combining historic charm and countryside beauty for a picture-perfect backdrop you and your guests will always remember. Nestled in the rolling prairie just north of Ames, this century-old barn features hand-hewn pegged beams, fieldstone walls, and a stunning open interior that blends rustic character with timeless elegance.

Wedding Pricing:

We offer three day packages at our Venue spanning from Friday noon check in through Sunday noon check out.

 

Our desire is to offer you a low stress weekend to celebrate fully and slowly. 

 

Friday offers you ample time to decorate, host your rehearsal and a rehearsal dinner on site if you desire. Leisurely enjoy Saturday with your wedding party while you prepare yourselves for the celebration. Finally, Sunday morning take advantage of the morning to host a brunch or  simply gather your items.

     

Rental Fee

APRIL-AUGUST

  • Over 250 guests: $6,600​

  • Up to 250 guests: $6,300

  • Up to 150 guests: $6,000

SEPTEMBER-NOVEMBER

  • Over 250 guests: $6,900​

  • Up to 250 guests: $6,600

  • Up to 150 guests: $6,300

We can fit up to 350 guests! This package includes round tables, chairs, and linens to accommodate your guest count. Rectangle tables may be added for an additional fee for events under 250 guests. For events of 250 guests or more, rectangle tables are required and included in our pricing. Set up and tear down included!

  • No minimum bar fee — choose hosted, cash bar, or combination

  • Our own bar and security staff available for hire

  • Open to any vendors

  • Spacious catering kitchen with 2 commercial refrigerators, microwave & warming oven

  • Tear down and cleanup of barn after the event
