We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming partnership with Chef Aaron Holt of Doolittle Farm for an unforgettable Farm to Fork dining experience on October 9, 2025, at The Rustic Rose Barn. Chef Holt—recognized as Iowa Restaurant Association’s Chef of the Year in 2018—brings a passion for hyper-local, seasonal ingredients, grown right on his family farm. This year, he earned first place in the 2024 Iowa Beef Council Chef Competition, also receiving top honors for Best Use of Local Ingredients. He was also awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2022 Morsel Combat competition. Together, we’ll be creating a locally-sourced, chef-curated meal in a beautiful rural setting.
